RE:RE:Stock being capped ? Low volume
There is no upside. There is no insider buying except for a token plan for upper managerment. Emphatically the BOD's are not buying, the market volume spells that the issue has more downside than upside, an accretive asset purchase is out of the question witness the slash to the credit facility, too much production hedged at too low a price and a probable re stating of reserves. Institutions are not backing up the truck to buy shares, a model that can't seem to sustain much less grow and a new supposedly proven management regime that either can't or won't organically drill horizontals as promised. Shareholders have passively taken a role of comfort based on the generous dividend being approved through year end but subject to a probable slash if another production downturn occurs. They have failed to capitalize on a large land position at Wildmere that a competitor, GXE, trumped them on by buying a productive chunk of nearby assets for a great price and the market embraced their move. Seriously: What has gone well for this outfit since the Black Shire purchase finalized? Nothing! And when one objectively asks for action he is attacked. Time to move on.
