RE:Partner or Buyout?

RE:Partner or Buyout?Management's top priority at this moment is a Partnership agreement.  It is my information that no one on the team wants to see a buyout.  The AGM on Thursday will provide additional information on Ian's 'new vision' for Trimel and perhaps some details on the acquisition of other synergistic, accretive assets the company indicated it was looking at in early May.

The Investor Event will provide additional results from the Tefina Trial and the US lead investigator perspective.

A buyout I believe would require a 2/3 vote in favor, and a poison pill can be put in place to protect shareholders from a lowball bid.

A Partnership announcement cannot come soon enough.  Rossi wants Natesto on the market ASAP and that will require a Partner.  We should all be better informed on several fronts at EOD Thursday.
