Sure wish I had your perpespective a few years ago, and heeded it.
As for the new pumpers - most of us now know better.
Any newbies need only look at the last few years - if the still wanna jump in, go for it.
What I find puzzling is how some of the people you mention still manage to do PP's etc with the history they hve.
