Final AGM at Bioexx

Final AGM at Bioexx
I went to ask Chris Schnarr, CEO of BXI, for as much detail as he could provide about a new potential suitor from Europe supposedly very keen to partner with BXI. This new potential partner suddenly appeared soon after a JV offer, also from Europe, was rebuffed for wanting to control BXI's IP -  their patent-pending solvent-free protein extraction method.
It seemed suspicious that, with a so-so deal falling off the rails, a blindingly fantastic, far better deal would just happen to come along. I was reassured that, though no details could be released, this was exactly the moment the company was waiting for. No promises, of course, but a convincing enough story to give all the SHs hope, and good reason not to panic sell.
The stock was at 3.5-4 cents at the time; the "deal" never materialized and not all of us got even a cent back.  I whis I'd sold then, instead of an average 0.75 cents.
I'm not here to bash; I believe in the basic good intention of products like those MBI hopes to commercialize. It's just sickening to watch your investment circle the drain while CEOs get paid, and SHs are left in the dark. You guys have to insist on real communication, or grab a parachute.
