Hoops and Pasternack are re-uniting. Considering the last 5 months has been somewhat of a trial and error period, this latest news starts to bring some fresh interest into the grand picture.

 

The extension of the warrants is customary to appease the PP warrant holders, but the majority of those warrants are held by insiders so where do they see the share price in the next year? Hopefully .80-1.00 based on increased production and cash flows!

 

Pasternack was VP Exploration at Kestrel Energy Inc where Hoops was the President. I am not sure what happened to Kestrel Energy Inc, if it was taken out or was left for dead but the Hiring of Pasternack BY Hoops must be comfortable and confident in rubbing shoulders again.
