Every company out there trading publically in the exploration industry has to dilute their stock to raise capital. In my eyes you're just another manipulator. Farshad is proving up a resource with as minimal dilution as possible. Nuff said on that. If we can get to the finish line with under 100 mill shares I'll be happy. Look at companies like Roxgold, 235 mill outstanding shares.

Is the company drilling, YES
Have they had previous drilling success, YES
Is there other resources in the area, YES
Does the CEO have his hand in the game, YES
Is the CEO knowledgable on geophysics and drilling practices, YES
Is there infostructure in the area, YES
Does the company have good communications with the local band, YES
