Thanks senior, i am known as a genius to my associates. and yes I bought most of my shares in 2012 even though I didn't pay much attention on this chat site till recently. so I am thinking that it may run up into the middle 30s to give the retail scrubs a chance to finally leave the stock and then settle back down around 25-27 for 2 months or so. Lots of whiners on this board but the BOD did what it is supposed to do and looked after the major shareholders. the rest of you should either sell or stop whining and see how it pans out!like I said if the stock was worth more the share price and financing would have been higher and that is what you call market forces at work. insiders paid an almost 20% premium and at least someone stepped up to bat for the good of the company.
