Woulfe to partially pay two companies with shares

WOULFE MINING ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF SHARES

Woulfe Mining Corp. will be issuing, in the aggregate, 128,390 common shares at a deemed price of 10 cents per common share to two of its service providers in South Korea as partial compensation for continuing services.

The common shares issued on the shares for services will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issuance.
