I don't understand you at all.  You've been repeating the same complaints for months now.  You are just wasting your time.  If your investment in COS is underwater then it is time to cut your losses, take the capital loss if held outside your RSP, and find another company to invest in.  You often mention Suncor - well buy some shares of Suncor.  I've been looking at Husky Energy, Crescent Point, and a few others.  There are many great alternatives to COS if you think the company is poorly managed, but I believe you have made your point numerous times and it is time to stop repeating yourself.  There really is no point to it and diminishes any good ideas you have because you sound a little obsessed.  Jusy my opinion.
