Known Facts Update:

1. On June 11th, of the 128,000 shares sold on CSE, Mr. Xie sold another 100,000 shares (between .43-.40).  The other 28,000 were sold by some "anonymous" non-insider.
2. On June 12th Mr. Xie's house 079 sold 50,000 of the 76,500 shares sold (at .40)..
3. Currently the "anonymous" non-insider has all the listed "asks" (79,500 shares between .40-.75) and in the first hour of trading there are no trades with the bid/ask at .385/.40.
4. Canaccord continues being the primary buyer of Q shares.
5. No insider has purchased shares since December 2013.
