The uncertainty and questionmarks are why it's low. You price that in to your targets, but you don't focus exclusively on the uncertainty and questionamarks. So if I said fair value is $3.50+, I hit that target by using metrics for a company that's squeaky clean. Then I price in the uncertainty and negatives. So I come up with a target of around $3. Then I price in my own conservative style and say I'm going to sell around $2.50.
