Counter-intuitive..........Anyone have a feel why Acasti is up twice as much as Neptune today ?   It was up over 13% when I first saw today and it has settled in at +6%.   I know we all looked forward to a pop in NTB when the plant opening was announced, but why APO ?   Anyone ?     Thanx,   Popps
