Baker Hughes rig count for Friday, June 13th

Baker Hughes rig count for Friday, June 13thU.S. Rig Count is down 6 rigs from last week to 1854, with oil rigs up 6 to 1542, gas rigs down 10 to 310, and miscellaneous rigs down 2 at 2.

You will note however that the % of gas rigs to oil rigs is 16.7%. Back on Sept 30th 2011( back in the land rush for acreage) it was 46.4%. That figure comes from the stats that I keep  but based on the Baker Hughes rig count announcements.
