Cash is king.Financuings like the one you just pposted pretty much screw all existing shareholders.Slap in face.Dilution to the company is huge..Someties over 50-75% more shares all extremely low.I would run from this scenario as resistance going up is huge.Its a precursor for rollback as next move.Is BGM next? Lets wait and see.I own LVN 42 million in bank with tons of silver....
