Maybe you are right, on Sol doing there duty, I,m not familiar with the rules from across the river; and maybe the sellers were from across the river.

But I do know that under our rules in Canada the release with pictures are not considered material information and in reality is looked down upon be the regulators because it could give the wrong impression of whats in the ground. Also if it was material info CGP would have put a halt on trading until the info was public for all to see. The regulators in Canada don't mind pictures if they are released after the assays not before.

As far as saying Sol released it as soon as they had it ready, IMO they had it ready a long time before Friday. Anyway I like seeing the pictures it helps keep life in the play.
