RE:Shareholders meeting

RE:Shareholders meetingDear aresoilventures, as I was already posted in IH: for to be installed the meeting would need 25% of shareholders. For to need to change the status needs 2/3 = 66% of shareholders. I was at the meeting even though the issue of quorum HRT maximum was 40%, but if JG had attended the EGM can been installed and some issues that did not need 2/3 could be led to act. So I could not fail to attend. The presence yesterday was almost zero. Present were I and another three shareholders, legal HRT, Lawyers counsel of the company, RI, Mr. Milton and Mr. Franke Vinicius Carrasco, Vice Chairman of the Board and Representative of the custodian Deutschebank Itau in Brazil. The representative of Deutschebank said that the votes of GDS are very low, ie, few shareholders voting. For lack of quorum the meeting was postponed to June 24 and for this reason I believe that the period of voting would have to be postponed to June 23, but this needs to be confirmed. In the next meeting will be with the anyone quorum.
