hey m8magic.....I actually did try and help them......i posted an ad, under a certain local web site , namely Myzer looking for help with one of my home project......And to be honest.....3 of them were from Lakeshore Gold that just recently  got LAID-OFF, looking for side work(and believe me. i heard the same song and dance on all 3 of them)......Unfortunately i did not hire any of them......BUT....either way you look at it, Makuch is trimming the fat to get the operation more efficient with todays GOLD price(my opinion), so this can't be all that bad.......But, what i said came directly from 3 strangers mouth....so as my bro said, "we must all take it with a grain of salt".........GLTA
