RE:RE:Management paid $10.2M for ICL investmentI am not pleased with this significant pay check given to management.  If they get financing then they will have earned their keep.  I find it somewhat surprising that with the change in control, ICL doesn't just take over the company and give the current management the boot.

My assumption is that as much as I don't like the pay out, there is enough progress behind doors regarding financing that ICL believes these people are the ones to deliver the goods. 

I do expect financing to come.  I hope I am surprised that it will be large enough that equity financing will be at much higher levels and will require smaller amounts that dilution will be minimal.

Nestegg_hunt - I really feel bad for long term investors in this current market (like me and you).  Value and risk don't seem to be rewarded appropriately
