RE:Anyone on this board think CKI will put itself up for sale?I think the company is generally winding up, and the remaining assets will be sold.  He is quoted in the paper saying he wants to spend more time with family.  The new CEO is a young lawyer, not particularly a business building guy.  The recent Terravest equity issue requires some early repayment of the note owed to CKI.  He sold half the S position very quickly after the S annual meeting.  Everything points to him raising cash, which ultimately means winding up (and some big special dividends).
