The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

is there any uncertainty priced in here? re Suroco

I am just curious is anyone thinks that Petro America will pick up a few cents once the Suroco deal is passed?
Sat I got my Vetra offer in the mail - LOL - I dont think I have ever seen such a chinsey buy out offer really. Like "all cash offer" is more like some guy coming to buy a fish tank off Craigs list than a real buyout - I never saw a buy at 14 percent over the trading price
I voted for the PetroAmerica deal - I own both Suroco and PTAXF
I am not selling until this 3-4X but curious as to what is baked into the pps with this deal
