Final details - Management received a payment of $360K each so far. If ICL enacts their warrants then the rest of the payments are triggered. So up until now, only $360 has been paid.

For ICL to exercise all their warrants, the share price will be driven to or close to $0.60/share in which case share holders will make money along with management.
