RE:is there any uncertainty priced in here? re Suroco

RE:is there any uncertainty priced in here? re Suroco Theres still  the possibility of a higher take over offer from Vetra... Suruco still trading around 65 cents... So thats a premium to the "cash offer" from Vetra...If by chance Vetra offers 70 cents this week, then PTA could trade around 40 cents....  ( 1.74 conversion ratio). Suroco well bid, so I will assume theres still some chance of a bettering of their first bid... Im surprised we have not seen a higher bid from them already.. They do have some interesting people on their management team... In any event, Ill work on the assumption that there will likely be a bid for the combined company soon enough.. (higher probability for me is the successful combination of Suroco and Petroamerica).
