The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index derived from the oil and gas exploration and production segment of a U. In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Select Industry Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. Exxon budget to drill this year and dealing with Chevron

Exxon budget to drill this year and dealing with ChevronI believe that the AGM comments from Art were that Exxon had the long range things done to drill this year and they were waiting for a ship to become available.  So it will happen, as the budget monies have been set aside by Exxon to drill this year.

Art pointed out West Telus left some drilling pipe in Liberia, which you don't just abandon, so he expected West Telus was going back for Chevron after servicing.  If it was dry, Chevron wouldn't be having the drill ship back.

Eventually Chevron is going to have to announce something.  If they had dry wells or non-commercial wells, as Art said, Chevron wouldn't be so tight lipped about needing time to analyze data.  If there is commercial oil, the Liberians are going to want to promote that soon.

Why would you be selling when this story is closer to drilling than ever?
