RE:Let's recap
RE:Let's recap My take on this is, you start by increasing the number of eyes on your story, which is what bnn and mining weekly and any other articles will do. The press coverage in particular will get some numbers floating around in people's heads. What they need now is to de-risk this play. As they execute, it’ll either prove that we have the right management or not.
The following is a laundry list of tasks I see the company needing to execute. I firmly believe that we’ll see the share price increase as they start to check these off the list (not in any particular order):
- Find and disclose a suitable location for plant
- Confirm community support
- Confirm local government support
- Clear environmental obstacles if there are any (agencies, lobbies, etc)
- Procure financing to build plant (combination of govt, private placement, loans)
- Limit dilution due to financing (loans, grants, private placement at a much higher price)
- Line up supply contracts for catalytic converters at a price that is beneficial to the company
- Line up buyers for output
- Set up licensing agreements with companies that want to build their own plants (investors will want to see what they mean in terms of $$$ and actual money being transferred to NOV).
- Institutional coverage will add more support to the story as well.
