The Company sells these solutions on either a bundled or stand-alone basis. The Capital Markets segment is focused on serving global financial services clients and corporations with an array of buy-and sell-side, treasury, risk management and lending solutions. Its solutions include a variety of mission-critical buy-and sell-side applications for recordkeeping, data and analytics, trading and financing as well as corporate treasury and risk management applications.

Have done business with people from China. Have not been to China. Agree with your assertion. This does not change the reality that they are preparing their mine in Namibia to supply their growing reactor fleet. The question is for how long will they be able to sole source based on their stock-piles, this mine and other strategic mines they own.
I don't see China as a reason for a uranium bull market for many many years.
