400,000 share between the two is nothing.  The stock was trading heavy volume and them selling really had no impact on the share price.  It may have led to other investors selling off but as of late, there's been some good insider buying at higher prices.  That to me is a positive sign.

Dr. M....valuations here are the lowest since I began tracking the stock last fall.

Those who assumed a large cash position in late winter ahead of the sell in May
and go away cyclical effect-are sitting pristine position being able to assess 
where to deploy their capital accordingly...FWIW I have never participated
 in the sell in May and go away phenomena-I prefer to sell on a double
in price from average cost and after that sit pat and see what happens'with a
a position free and clear left behind.

I am down other than my position in Bauer Sport Performance TSE BAU...in Canada
and in Berkshire Hathaway Baby B's BRK'B in the US ...across the board and the portfolio
has taken a drubbing since the snow left..which in Wpg sometimes can be early May.

I hear btw that DD was put on a Chinese Junk free of charge down the Yanztee R
as they associated Canuck junk with  their own junk and thought it should transport
free from levies...fees taxes and all associated costs.
