Tucows Domains segment manages approximately 25 million domain names and millions of value-added services through a global reseller network of over 35,000 web hosts and internet service providers (ISPs).

How will tmed exchange offer impact TCM? TCM will convert Tmed to almost 5o million shares. The current outstanding share is about 170million, does it mean TCM share will be diluted 30% and the debt will be lower to $800 million after the offer? I am trying to understand the offer. Anyone add some opinion on this offer?
