Which one do you think is the right tree then? I guess it's still this Canadian one. Although there are other hounds "barking" at the Australian one as well.
And btw. what about writing something to the point, eh? There's a long-term moratorium on uranium mining in British Columbia so Canadians chose to come polluting Slovakia?
come on, it is not The Canadians. EUU is a tiny little company The Canadians have never heard off. But you can go back to Putin on your knees for some natural gas while you have a CLEAN resource of energy in your own country in nuclear energy. How stupid can you get?
The Canadians LOVE nuclear energy in their own country in the province of Saskatchewan in the Athabasca basin. And yes you are barking up the wrong tree as nuclear energy is SAFE and CLEAN, if used properly. so, you can go fear mongering somewhere else.
How stupid can YOU get? Do you happen to realize the difference between uranium mining and nuclear energy? Do you happen to realize that raw uranium or uranium concentrate (a.k.a. yellow-cake, U3O8) is NOT THE SAME THING as nuclear fuel? Obviously not!
The uranium that would be mined in Kosice (Jahodna-Kuriskova area) CANNOT BE USED as nuclear fuel without further processing and enrichment. In Europe there are only 2 countries able to process uranium yellow-cake into nuclear fuel: France and Russia. And from these two, only Russian type of nuclear fuel is compatible with Slovak Soviet-type nuclear power plants. The truth is that our nuclear power plants are 100% dependent on Russian nuclear fuel no matter if somebody starts mining uranium in Slovakia.
So why should we agree to opening a uranium mine above our heads and among our drinking water sources? Just to make the nuclear-energy-loving Canadians happy by exporting yellowcake to them? No way! You have whole lotta uranium in Canada - go digging there and get out of here!
