RE:RE:RE:it is hard to believe!Hi, I don´t know if Butchart brought Mr. Xie into the company. If so I think he will have to regrets it. What I know is that Mr. Cunningham comes first into the company and I suspect he will have recommended Mr. Xie as a reputable businessman. I hope that the BCSC will prove whether he has the management, in his 5 million dollar commitment ,deceived or he decreed not at all about these promised 5 million dollar. If he had 5 million dollars available, then he has deliberately delayed the payments to come, through the associated production failed, to launch cheaper shares. Had he the 5 million dollar not available at all, he has the management probably deceived about his financial situation. In both cases, the BCSC will request informations. Personally, I am sure that the BCSC will judge very uncomfortable questions to Cunningham and Xie and finally both need to realize that one has to keep in civilized countries the law. The whole story is so obvious that I can not imagine that Cunningham and Xie get away with it.
