RE:RE:RE:Molyswimmingbud, yes, the conversion looks to add 47-49M additional shares, but, and it's a BIG (_____________!______________) imo, there are 32+M shorts as well. Many of these will likely be offset by the shares that'll be issued, so NO, the total number of common shares imo, will NOT increase by almost 50M, but rather, a mere fraction of that from what I can tell. By retiring the t-meds early, TC will save on interest payments, in the 13M range, from what I can tell. Bottom line, the overhang from the t-meds going "bye-bye" should allow the common shares, to more so trade on their own merit, which if TC solidly beats earnings estimates in Q2, as well as going forward, and this things could have quite a ways to move, UP, from my perspective. The next several weeks, with t-meds getting resolved, and preliminary numbers for Q2 should make things interesting. I'm ADDING, expecting the stars to align and TC to generative significant revenues, and earnings BEATS. We shall see ...
