A 10 million finders fee?

A 10 million finders fee?If AAA approached ICL long ago, hat in hand (and the leaked deal even back then created 2 great trading windows), what is the necessity of a 10 million payout to party C? and why is this info just surfacing now (and as normal practice?). This payout info seems to have been as tightly held as the ICL deal specifics have been and still are. Why? Seems much moolah has been made but not by the shareholders. Why? Just Keep watching. Opinions?
