re: buy timeImo if SPK hits .17-.18 that is the time to buy...it means it's a continuation of its upward rally and higher price to come. They announced another small financing ( which they always seem to close quickly). I'm going to go on record now...If spk hits .17-.18 it's a BUY!!! I bet this stock will be mid .25-28 in a month...
