The point being, these "extra" shares, appear to have already been accounted for, it parsing them out relative to anticipated earnings, on a per share basis. Imo, the "dilutive" event, was back when the t-meds were issued, not when they are being converted, retired, or what have you?! What really matters, is how well TC executes and delivers. We'll get another glimpse of that likely in early July, when they release preliminary numbers for Q2, which I expect to be ROBUST! Then again, I'm looking for things to continue to improve going forward, with a pps that reflects that, by moving UP as well, we shall see ...
