RE:RE:RE:RE:Northern Gateway Pipeline Gets Conditional Green Light

I knew this would get some people riled up, but the reality is they would never be able to bond a significant contract and Enbridge will require considerable bonding. Sorry for the reality check. That said, I thought my shed on it was rather positive..... they can fill gaps when the equipment on these projects is occupied. Sometimes these are better jobs.... higher margins
