I am selling most of my PHM at these levels to pocket some profits. Although I am a big fan of this company, barring an acquisition, there will likely be little news for the next 2 months until interim financials are released at the end of August. I can see volume sliding over the next 2 months causing the stock to fall to $.30. If I was a long-term investor I would be holding.
