RE:RE:Still InI checked the NR again and all it says is that the funds were put into Escrow. There is no mention of a bank or trust. Who controls the Escrow Account? What bank were the funds placed into? What country is the Escrow Account located in? You can see where I am going with this. I can put funds into Escrow but that does not mean that the Escrow Account is going to pay anything to anyone. If it is the PNG that controls that Escrow Account then I don´t care what the Escrow Agreement calls for payment will be up to PNG and although the Escrow payment is a good sign it does not mean the NUS will get the funds easily or without changes to the % owned by PNG.
