RE; PPS.
The way this stock has been trading it could jump to 2 bucks without notice. Seems as traders have there finger on the buy and sell trigger. Traders quickly gravitate to a moving stock in which ever direction it is going at the moment. Any positive news and everyone will be buying again. imo
