RE:RE:Never get bored with Mart.The volumes being tapped are at the dock.  Tankers ships are filled and the oil disappears.   The volumes involved can't be reasonably explained by tanker trucks and the refining - not to mention the observability of the activities and the access to a sealed pipeline.   This is a gubamint known op.  Political skim and pay-offs.
