PianoMan: I'm not sure about that. An OSC ruling may be needed if it comes to a close vote. Not the same as the proposed HBM-LUN circumstance but issues could be reviewed especially in light of the recent VMS share dilution. But I'm no lawyer. Maybe we should dust off and review this decision ... IMO
