RE:RE:RE:How will WDG pay?

RE:RE:RE:How will WDG pay? Lets start from the beginning:

www.giyanigold.com/About-Giyani/Corporate-Profile/default.aspx

This should help you understand the management team.

Then lets head over to GOOGLE and search terms such as

www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=UNX+HRT
or
www.google.com/webhp?tab=ww&ei=gWeiU8LZFKuosAS1-IAY&ved=0CBkQ1S4#q=fsy+acquisition

This should help with understanding the team’s ability of turning exploration assets into investor gains.

Now lets try to understand connections.

Again I will point at the management team and GOOGLE

As for the Balance Sheet and Access to Capital.  if you had ever tried to raise any real money, (insert some derogatory statement about how you are independently wealthy and I don't know anything).  No one gets pre-approved capital out of thin air.  WDG is also listed on 3 exchanges allowing the private company access to capital without the tame and expense of an individual listing.  I will admit that the current land holdings and drill results require more development to warrant a strong balance sheet, however if the team feels they can take an underperforming company with (to quote the NR) "The portfolio of assets held by EnergyCo includes cash-flow generating operations" and several "projects with significant development potential that will be best advanced by combining the management and technical teams of Giyani Gold and EnergyCo.”  than this company may be a good investment, but that's up to your own Due Diligence.

This group has created real shareholder value time and time again so if you believe they can do it again it would be a good bet, but as you are new to the board, (insert statement about how you are looking out for my best interest) I’m not sure you have any real interest in this company other than how you can day trade it and make a few pennies per trade.  If you have interest beyond that, than welcome to the board.  I welcome any factual or helpful information you can provide.
