RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Is There No Shame!It's urgent because they were about to be bankrupt as a result of the missed payment and inability to fund ongoing obligations.   A corporate finance book might help clear up for you what happens in this situation.

BTW: Sandstorm had nothing to do with the missed payment as you keep implying - it was a missed payment to the noteholders.
