Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Why does the board continue to allow these shenanigans? Almost two years now since John Lee got his golden parachute and yet we stll don't have a replacement.

Maybe John Lee will move back to Vancouver, then sever himself from Executive Chairman with another $525,000 severance, then appoint himself as the Interim Executive Chairman, then become the permant CEO again with some sort of signing bonus along with another round of stock options granted at 4 cents.

I guess I should find my pitch fork and make an appearance at the AGM tomorrow.
