Southern Pacific Resource Corp. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the thermal production of heavy oil in Senlac, Saskatchewan on a property known as STP-Senlac, and thermal production of bitumen on a property located in the Athabasca region of Alberta known as STP-McKay, as well as exploration for and development of in-situ oil sands in the Athabasca region of Alberta. Its STP-McKay property consists of oil sands leases totaling approximately 37,760 acres. The Company’s operations also include Anzac, Hangingstone and Ells. The Company’s STP-McKay property is located approximately 45 kilometers northwest Ft. McMurray. The Anzac project covers approximately 117 kilometers of two-dimensional (2D) seismic. The Company owns 80% interest in Hangingstone project. The Ells project covers approximately 164 kilometers of two-dimensional (2D) seismic.

Thanks for all your efforts. STP knows they are under the microscope and they almost were able to get away without a press release about the install of the latest ICD. I suspect there is a lot more riding on this latest installation than STP is admitting. This maybe the deal maker or breaker. I have full confidence that going forward production will advance beyond the 5000 bbl mark. Just don't know if it gets close to the 6000 mark. The stated goal is 7000 bbls by the end of September. Guessing they will know in a couple of weeks, how much work will be required over the summer to hit that mark. STP isn't expecting anyone to count trucks coming out of the plant, but I'm guessing something equivalent may be in place already. They would really help their cause if they had another press release in early July and gave an operational update before someone beats them to it. Cheers, JR.
