RE:Another 52 week high

RE:Another 52 week highSome news that may be helping to fuel the upside is at the local municipal level:
https://www.fortmcmurraytoday.com/2014/06/18/council-reverses-parsons-creek-ruling

Seems Council has come to their senses and reversed a line-in-the-sand decision forced by a few councillors in a surprise that caught quite a few unprepared. It was feared this might have impaired the agreement with the province on land for new subdivision development as well as highway improvements - both of which need gravel, I'm guessing. Luckily, they've done a complete 180.
