How do you think a  company with no income gets to drill and frack a well in a new area, buy up a chunk of land, drill and core in Eagle Ford, and then start a  rig in North Dakota. They do it by getting money from investors who belive in what they are doing and they pay those investors back by letting them fund the development before the cats out of the bag. Its a game played by big money investors and if we are lucky, we get to benefit when thy finally turn over the river card. If we close this financing in a market where its tought to get any money its not that bad a thing.End of Story.
