RE:Anyone here own the warrants? I do not own the warrants. The shares are like warrants at present prices. I agree with the assessment of Mr. McElvaine. When we last heard from the company they had just produced 20 000 tons in April, well on the way to the 40 000 tons per month that is capacity and the fertilizer season is just starting in Brazil now. If they can keep it up 2014 will end with a profit.
The risk is that they still have not announced the new working capital line of credit. They said it would be done by the end of June, so they have only about a week to stick to that schedule. Storing 20 000 to 30 000 tons every month of fertilizer costs them $2-3 million of working capital every month and they need to fund it until they get paid, so this working capital issue is critical and they cannot stop the plant, since they need to get the volumes out in the season to make a profit.
Let's hope that that they get the line of credit in short order and then the last obstacle should be out of the way
