Nothing in your last...Hawkdog, in Jack's defence there is nothing in that release that directly relates to large diameter pipeline work of any substance. They are in fact a tunneling company.
Yes...there WAS a little Kinder Morgan job 6 years ago. Yes, they put in those giant underground causeways in Banff and Jasper...which are in reality just giant culverts covered with dirt. Yes, they are working on the underground utility coridors (sp?) at the Calgary Airport, but their piece of the pie is far from the 300 million total cost.
I actually respect Jacks comments as they represent the reality of the investment. Enterprise is a conglomerate of relatively small company's meant to fill in the gaps with specialty work that is required on any large construction job.....and that would be those small (relative to the scope of the whole project they are working on), specialty jobs that most vendors spend alot of time trying to AVOID! lol! Trust me..if and when Nortern Gateway gets built, they will do everything in their power to go AROUND those mountains, and OVER those creek beds. And believe it or not, for the first time in many years I've actually seen new pipeline come from large gas plants that have been approved to go OVER rivers, especially when associated with existing required infrastructure like bridges.
Enterprise is a good investment. Its just not a good investment for many of the reasons implied through many of the threads here. It is NOT a pipeline company. And they are not the PRIME contractor for Northern Gateway. They simply provide niche services to larger contract providers for big money relative to the work being done. If the rental depreciation doesn't screw things to badly I think this can work on a larger scale.
And if they need a little more money next year hopefully it's only as much as the 10 000 000 that the warrants offer. God knows I would like you guys to buy some more shares so I can get rid of my warrants LOL!
Thanks for keeping it real Jack...and GLTA
