In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE:New Bid by PTAI can agree with a reasonable portion of that thought.
I do expect one more bid from Vetra, as they obviously
believe the whole is worth more than the sum of the parts.
They should know the asset very well. Lets see if that happens.
SRN shareholders still have additional upside in my opinion.
Im not so keen on the amount of shares being offered, but
situations provide opportunity. Sometimes it takes some patience
to take advantage. To the guy that is placing some valuation on
the 2P reserved per barrel. I believe your number if far too high,
most are in the mid 20s low 30s.. But thats my opinion.
