Afternoon Folks, quick question (newbie?)

Greetings,

First off, I'm sorry if this is a dumb question. But I rarely dabble with smaller stocks, so please be kind haha.

I'm a little confused, I am seeing some private offerings going out which seems positive. But I am now reading about the delisting issue (it has been post poned). 

a) What happens to my holdings is they get delisted from TSX?
b) Is it normal for this to happens with venture mining companies to have happen?

c) Any other tips for a newbie to learn, or interesting points to get me motivated. I don't wanna sell these at this point....but is this a sign that it may be a consideration....all else being the same?
