There are some strong fundamentals and VCM share price has always been undervalued. The announcement of Dr. Hugh Wood to sell 550,500 shares at an average price of $7.00 per share kind of took the wind our of our sales at a time when the market price needed a technical correction. He is a retired director and his action should not be seen as negative. Although we may speculate on the possibility of a special dividend I don't think this rebound should be specifically seen as reflecting this.
